信函是交涉事物、增进了解、交流思想、联络感情的重要工具。就文体基本划分为正式和非正式文体，就种类可划分为私人、公务、社交、商务信件，在考研英语中，我们多以用途来划分和备考，即求职信、咨询信、感谢信、投诉信、建议信、邀请信等。我们以投诉信和感谢信为例，探讨写作方法。

1.投诉信

所谓投诉信是指针对某件不愉快的事情向责任人提出的投诉信件，信中多寻求解决方法，写作要求一般为：

【1】首段开门见山指明所投诉的具体事件。

【2】将问题清晰、简洁、公正地描述出来，指出事件带来的诸多不便。

【3】感谢对方倾听投诉，同时清楚地表达你所想到的解决方法，期待对方尽早回复和解决问题。

2.感谢信

所谓感谢信是指因为某事件向收信人表明感激之意，写作要求一般为：

【1】首先表明写作意图，开门见山表达谢意。

【2】说明因何事向对方表示感谢，注意感情真挚。

【3】感谢信一般为非官方，若为官方感谢信注意语言的严肃性。

【4】结尾再次表达真挚感激之情。

考研英语作文怎么备考

一.考试大纲对写作的要求

要求：攻读硕士学位研究生英语入学考试中的短文写作是测试考生用英语书面表达思想的一般能力。

该部分由A、B两节组成，总分为30分。A节：考生根据所给情境写出一篇约100词【标点符号不计算在内】的应用性短文，包括信件、通知、便笺、摘要、备忘录等。考生在答题卡2上作答。满分10分。B节：要求考生根据提示信息【命题、主题句、提纲、规定情景、图、表、等】写出一篇160 – 200词的短文【标点符号不计算在内】。考生在答题卡2上作答。满分20分。从最近8年的写作试题来看，该节通常要求考生写一篇说明性议论文。

应用性短文和说明性议论文应切题、包含提示的全部要点，能正确表达思想、意义连贯，句式变化多，用词面阔，无重大的语言错误。

二.如何才能提高写作能力呢?

归纳为六个字：背记、改写、套用。

1.背记

背什么?第一、背阅读理解等材料里面的成语、惯用句式或段落。第二、背教师给的范文

的框架、句型、段落。众所周知，读、写是培养书面交际能力。读、写既互相区别，又互相联系。研究生英语入学考试的短文写作是测试考生书面表达的一般能力。要提高书面表达能力， 必须多读、多背。多读、多背是解决语言知识问题。近代英国语言学家帕麦尔 【H. E. Palmer】 在所著的《The Oral Method of Teaching Languages》一书中说过这样一段话：“The study of a language is in its essence a series of acts of memorizing; whether we are concerned with isolated words, with word-groups, with meanings or with the phenomena of grammar, the fact remains that successful memorizing is the basis of all process。”【学习一种语言，从本质上说， 是一系列的记忆活动，不管我们所涉及的是孤立的单词、词组、词义或语法现象，事实总是这样：记忆是一切成功的基础。】 这段话告诉我们，熟记是学习外语能否成功的关键，记多少就能用多少; 什么也不记，就听不懂，说不出，也就谈不上写作了。考生在准备应试过程中的背记范文是非常重要的。

2.改写

所谓“改写”就是根据命题要求对背过的语言材料进行去粗取精、去伪存真的模仿练习。这是培养写作技能熟巧问题的必经之路。在这方面，考生应多做句子、段落和短文的汉译英练习，对照答案反复推敲，悟出道理来，才能心领神会、模仿套用。至于练习英语写作，可以先练习写文章摘要、大意和小结，进而改写已有的范文和书信，逐渐过渡到独立写作。如无教师指导，就应尽量多查语言工具书，以减少语言错误。

3.套用

练习性写作和考研写作一样，把熟练背记的词汇、成语、句型按提纲、漫画和提示的要求进行造句、组段，以便写出一篇比较规范的短文。这就叫套用。

练习写作要有决心、信心和恒心。要日积月累、细水长流、坚持不断。要以滴水穿石的精神去背记、改写和套用。有志者事竟成!胜利就在你的前方!

考研英语作文写作要点

1、少犯错误。

坦白说，不犯错误的文章一定是好文章，而且会给阅卷人留下好的印象。所以，各位考生写完作文之后一定要检查，尽可能避免错误的发生。

2、语言质量。

小作文要讲究简单实用，因为书信写作不需要复杂。但是大作文却是见功底的写作，要求每句话都需要是得分点，句与句衔接也是得分点，因此是字斟句酌。以下几种句型要好好掌握：

【1】解释说明句：举例子，不要用for example 我们是否可以换成a case in point is that; let us take … for example.

【2】结论句：it句型

【3】分析句：定语从句、状语从句、同位语从句

【4】结果句：不用so，是否可以换成consequently

3、书写。

4、模板的形成。

首先借鉴高分范文。将范文进行详细分析，找出可以用在作文中的各种句式。然后到中国新闻漫画网上用图片进行模板训练，看自己的模板是否可以套用。当然，笔者要强调一点的是，在你形成模板的过程中，最好能够将一些别人用过的词语进行替换一下，做到别人无你有，别人有你优。这个时期，同学们可以积累一些高分范文和写作必备词汇和替换词汇，比较有所帮助。

5、关于押题
