这些是衡量英语会话能力的主要标准，针对这些标准，要提高英语口头表达能力，就要采取相应的训练方法，方法恰当了，就能起到事半功倍的效果。

1、口语学习的关键是模仿

模仿是学习英语主要方法之一，模仿的原则：一要大声模仿。这一点很重要，模仿时要大大方方，清清楚楚，一板一眼，口形要到位。最好找一些标准的美语音带来跟读;二要随时都准备纠正自己说不好的单词、短语等。有了这种意识，在模仿时就不会觉得单调、枯燥，才能主动。有意识，有目的地去模仿，这种模仿才是真正的模仿，才能达到模仿的目的，也就是要用心揣摩、体会;三要坚持长期模仿。一般来说，纯正、优美的语音、语调不是短期模仿所能达到的，对于有英国英语基础的人学说美国英语是如此，对于习惯于说汉语的人学说英语更是如此。

模仿的具体方法，第一步，模仿卑词的语音。模仿时要一板一眼，口形要正确，口腔肌肉要充分调动起来，反复模仿，一个单词一个单词地练，在那些常用词上下功夫，尽量模仿得像一些;第二步，模仿词组的读法。有了第一步的基础，这一步就容易多了。重点要放在熟练程度和流利程度上，要多练一下连读。

模仿练习时要注意一个问题，就是害羞心理。克服这种心理障碍，是学好口语的前提。

2、选择合适的教材

根据自己的水平，可以选择新概念第二或第三册，也可以到图书馆借一套有书和磁带的小故事集。

注意：一定要有书，故事篇幅不能太长，生词量要小，过于简单没有关系。考研帮提醒，倾向于使用故事，而不是对话或新闻听力材料。

3、进行跟读训练

放磁带，看着书，搞明白每一个单词的意思，理解整个故事情节。然后，放一句，暂停，学着人家读一句，然后，放下一句，暂停，再学一句，继续。

跟读过程中要注意的几点：

【1】一定要尽力模仿发音和语调，越像越好。

【2】开始时速度可以比较慢，要逐步使自己跟上人家的速度。

【3】中间可以回倒重放，但倾向于让大家完成一小段后再回去重来。

4、同步阅读

当对文章发音、语调完全掌握之后，就要在放录音的同时同步跟读。争取让自己的声音与他完全重合。注意语调和语音。如果中间有结巴的地方也不要紧，继续读下去，然后再回来重读。

5、复述文章

复述有两种常见的方法。一是阅读后复述，一是听磁带后复述。我认为后种方法更好些，这种方法既练听力，又练口语表达能力。同时，可以提高注意力的集中程度，提高听的效果，而且还可以提高记忆力，克服听完就忘的毛病。

具体方法：要循序渐进，可由一两句开始，听完后用自己的话【英语】把所听到的内容说出来，一遍复述不下来，可多听几遍，越练重听的遗数就越少。在刚开始练习时，因语言表达能力、技巧等方面原因，往往复述接近于背诵，但在基础逐渐打起来后，就会慢慢放开，由"死"到"活"。

选择一篇难度适中，不要太长的英语文章来看，反复看几遍，争取记住里面的内容。然后把文章反过来，用自己的话进行复述【注意是述说，不是背诵】。遇到卡壳的地方就翻过文章再看看，对比一下原文怎么描述...如此反复，直到整个文章都能够述说完。

三：阅读方面主要是：词汇量的积累

词汇量的累积，主要通过以下四种方法：

第一， 善用记忆法，熟悉词汇构词法则，当你尝试去记一个单词时，可以一同将它的家族词一起记住，这样，你一次性就能够记住很多个词汇，【可参考：家族记忆法或联想记忆法】

比如“pests”,发音就像拍死它，进而很容易想到害虫;还有一类联想，比如screen这个单词，不要s,c,r,e,e,n这样去背了，你可以想象，screen的后面读音有点没发出来，于是联想到没有凸出的东西，再联想到一个很平的板子，于是便想到屏幕。等等

第二：多用“乱序词典“，推荐使用新东方的乱序词典，非常全面，有四六级，考研，雅思，托福的都有，本人在考雅思的时候，就是用的 “新东方雅思词汇词根+联想记忆法 乱序版”还附带mp3,

第三：善用记单词神器，推荐几款不错的，比如：百词斩，扇贝记单词，拓词，记忆宝等，都是很不错的。

四：写作方面，总结出了四大经验

【1：积累学术词，避免使用口头上的单词以及表达意思十分模糊的词，例如get，fantastic，awesome等:

考研英语口语复试如何准备
