虽说考雅思是一个长期奋战的过程，但是还是可以在考前有所突破。口语是4门科目中可以在短时间内提升的一科，但前提是技巧要精，心态要好。

一、收集近期考试的话题

考生在考前一天要做的就是收集最近可参考的话题，如9月至11月的话题，可通过各种渠道搜索，并做好总结。甚至可以在考试当天开考前通过各种渠道，参考同一天考试时间比你早的考生的考试话题来进行练习，因为在同一天时间段考的话题有可能是一样的。搜索方式：在网上或者雅思app搜索同地区，同考试室的考试话题即可。如果刚好你提前搜索到当天考试的话题也是你考的话题，提前准备并练习了，那么对于你是非常有利的。

二、调整心态，尽量多讲

一般来说，在考前老师都不建议考生给自己太大压力，应该以调整考前心态为主。特别是对于第一次考雅思的小白，具备良好的心态真的极为重要。考前要告诉自己，自己平时已经练习够了，不需要太担心，给自己信心。面对外国考官的时候不要胆怯，把它们想成是老友记里的谢耳朵化身，这样一想也就没那么紧张了，此方法亲测有效哦。面对考官，首先不胆怯，考官好的第一印象，那么你就成功了一半。

Talking about a person who is very professional, I would like to share a guy with you. His name is Laokaoya, which isn’t a real name, a nickname actually. Well, literally it means an old roast duck, but actually, it doesn’t. He is a very experienced English teacher and has used this nickname to give a hand to those students who are struggling to get a good score on a foreign language before getting accepted from an ideal college/university/school.

To my knowledge, he is a teacher who is always willing to help his students whenever possible. I clearly remember that there’s a day on which I was quite upset with my first try on a test which was quite essential for getting into the school that I was longing for. It was him who at the very horrible moment pulled my through by giving my considerate guidance both academically and mentally. I just couldn’t imagine how worse I was going to be if I didn’t meet him on the Internet by chance.
