Jack Ma is a famous business man in China and I admire him greatly. He is the founder of Alibaba. You may have heard of the Chinese eBay, that is, Taobao. It has become the most successful shopping network in China. He is a pioneer in Internet business. It is no exaggeration to say the he has changed the way Chinese people do shopping and their paying habits.

Nowadays you don’t need to go to a store to buy a cloth or any necessities, just log in Taobao, choose the product you want, pay for it, and then you will get the product delivered to you. Even if you don’t want to shop online and you go to a store and buy the product by yourself, you can also pay with Alipay, a product developed by Alibaba. By sweeping the QR code in Alipay, you can pay for the product without actually taking out the money, but the money has actually transferred from your account to the shop. It is amazing, right?

Jack Ma has overcome a lot of difficulties to achieve what he has today. When he was young, it took him four years to pass the Chinese entrance examinations. When he graduated from college, he applied for 30 different jobs and got rejected by all. But all these difficulties didn’t stop him from being one of the most successful businessmen. He was a son of a successful local businessman and he inherited his father’s electronic industry many years back. That was just the starting and over time he has worked really hard and built his empire in the local business market. In few years, he took some giant leapt in his business and lately has been awarded as one of the bet business entrepreneurs in the country. From the local electronic business he had inherited from his father, he gradually and successfully amassed the fortune and business success and thus has become one of the enviable businessmen in the country.

Well, a businessman that I admire is Mr. Li JinYi who is from my hometown and he now owns two groups of industries and the products line of his companies are famous in our country.

我最敬佩的商人是戴威，ofo共享单车的创始人和CEO。他本科就读于北京大学光华管理学院，专业是金融。

The businessman I admire most was Dai Wei, founder and CEO of the ofo sharing bicycles. He used to study in Peking University, one of two best universities in China and do a degree in finance.

毕业之后，他本可以找家银行或者证券公司，过上年收入上百万的生活。但他却选择到青海省某个镇做了一年的支教教师，负责教授学生数学。一年过后，他又回到北大进行硕士专业的学习，并在此期间与四名合伙人创立了ofo。我觉得他最有趣的地方在于他人生的每一步都超出人们的预料。本该工作的时候选择了支教，本该认真学习的时候选择了创立公司。他并不是传统意义上的好学生。但他成功了。

After graduation, he could have gone to a commercial bank and become a millionare at a very early stage of his life. The products of his company, little yellow bikes, which you can see all over the street, have dramatically changed the way of transportation. In the past, I used bus or subway to travel to work or school. They were not bad, but could be a little frustrating, since I still had to walk a certain distance to get to my destination after I got off. And sometimes that can be a long way.

The yellow bikes alleviate this problem. Now whenI reach the station, I pull out my cellphone, scan the QR code, unlock the bicycle, and ride to my destination. It is more convenient, simpler and much less physical-demanding. This is why I admire Dai Wei. His company actually benefits our life.
