雅思口语描述家具

相信每个人的家里都有自己喜欢的家具，在雅思口语考试中叫你把它描述出来，你知道该怎么描述吗?

该题目只有一个信息点：furniture家具。如果大家只是随便挑一件身边的家具说的话，很容易五六句之后就无话可说，跟考官无奈对视了。既然是2分钟的part 2，我们就得说点有特色的家具。拓展的方向可以有这么几个。第一，用途特殊，如中国的传统家具屏风，条案，或者学生宿舍里常见的可以放在床上的桌子。

具体内容大家可以搜索一下。第三，材料特殊，这个家具使用了特别名贵的木料，如黄梨木、紫檀等;或者是铁的铜的，总之不是正常材料的。第四，也是最万能的一种拓展方向，这个家具有特殊的意义。它可能是你生日的时候爸妈送的，可能是你用自己工资自己买的等等。

我要告诉你的家具是可以放在床上的桌子。它是木头做的，与床同宽，大约50厘米高，带有一个抽屉和几层架子。桌面下面是空的，后面也没有挡板。这样子我可以把腿穿过去，从而不影响晚上睡觉。上面放有我的笔记本电脑，一些专业书，以及其他的个人物品。有了它，我可以坐在床上学习或者玩游戏，甚至可以躺着在电脑上看电影。简直是宿舍生活的神器。

The furniture I am going to tell you is a small table that can be placed on bed. It is made of wood, about 50 centimeters high, and is exactly as wide as my bed. It has a drawer and several shelves. There is nothing but four legs under the tabletop so that I can put my legs through and sleep well. On it are my laptop, a few books and other personal belongings. With it, I can study, play computer games, and even lay down to enjoy some films on my bed. It is the perfect furniture for a crowded dormitory.

我的大学宿舍非常小，放了三张上下铺的床和三张共用桌子之后，就不剩下什么地方了。桌子上很快就被堆满各种各样的杂物，有衣服、吃完外卖留下的餐盒、书籍等。没有人故意这么做，但它慢慢的就变成了这样子。即使我把它打扫干净，可以想象，在不久之后，它又会变成这样子。但是，我仍然需要桌子来放置自己的物品，以及偶尔在宿舍里学习使用。

My room in the university is very small and I have to share it with other five roommates. Besides three bunk beds and three common desks, there is hardly any space left. Soon after the beginning of university, the desks became a mess. It is covered by clothes, socks, lunch boxes and books and so on. No man did this on purpose. This article is from Laokaoya website. Do not copy or repost it. But it gradually got there anyway. You can imagine, even if I clean it up, the desks will come back to this chaos. However, I still need a table to put my items and sometimes to study on.

One day, I saw this kind of table in other rooms, and immediately decided to buy one. Since it is designed to place on the bed, there will be only my stuff on it, making it easy to sort out. And it does not disappoint me so far.

范文：

I live in an apartment and there are various types of furniture there. To me, my wardrobe is very useful furniture that I would like to talk about.

The wardrobe I have is big and has 5 drawers. As far as I recall，I bought it 3/4 years ago from IKEA. This piece of furniture is a very handy furniture for me. I keep my dresses organized at the bottom three drawers.

The second drawer from the top is the place where I keep my very personal belongings including my diary and keys. The top drawers are used for keeping important documents. I keep my academic documents,money receipts and warranty papers of different newly purchased devices in this drawer.all of the drawers are can be locked and this gives some additional security and privacy.

I consider this piece of furniture very useful for me and that's why I like it .It is a good looking furniture that matches with the design and color of other furniture of the room as well. If I had not owned this furniture it would have been very difficult to keep my clothes arranges, valuable documents secured.

I have placed my CD player at the top of the wardrobe and the CD’s are placed inside a drawer. So you can guess how useful and utilitarian this furniture for me as I'm not using it only for placing dressed in the drawers.

From the time I bought it till now,this piece of furniture has been proven to be a very useful one for me.

I had always liked his leather armchair, so he said I could have it if I managed to move it. The chair wouldn't fit in my car, and it was tricky to get it out of my friend's apartment. I had to hire a small van to take the armchair home.

Obviously I use the armchair for sitting! It's my favourite place in the house to relax, read a book, watch TV or even do some work; the chair's arms are quite wide and flat, so my laptop fits nicely on either of them. Last night I fell asleep in my armchair while I was watching a film.

The main reasons why I like this piece of furniture are that it's comfortable and it's in the perfect position in my living room. The only drawback might be that I enjoy sitting in the armchair too much, and sometimes I think it makes me lazy!
