I like to eat fried rice with vegetable and fish curry at home. In fact this is a common dinner item in our country and I often eat these items at home. Fried rice is prepared by boiling the rice and then fried with eggs and vegetables. Vegetables are mixed and prepared by using other spices and water. Finally fish curry is cooked using the fish, spices, water, oil and salt. When these items are cooked individually, they are served together for either the lunch or dinner.

At our home my mom mostly does the cooking stuffs. She most of the time prepares this food item but sometimes my younger sister helps her cooking this item. The fried rice with egg, vegetable and fish are my most favourite menu. I eat this menu at least 4-5 times in a week and yet I never get bored with this menu. If I eat rich foods like Chinese menu or Thai menu 2/3 times in a week in a restaurant, I feel like not to have it again. But the menu I am talking about is quite delicious, tasty and nutritious. One will never feel uninterested eating it.

This is a common dish in our country and because of the geographical location we grow plenty of paddies, vegetables, and have lots of fishes in our rivers and ponds.

My mother has a special skill of cooking and the fried rice with vegetable, and fish curry she cooks is simply second to none. These are the main reasons for me to like this menu.

There are many places in the world that I have been dreaming to travel to. The one I’m really eager to visit is definitely Spain. In terms of what I would do there, as a foodie, the first thing I would do after getting there is certainly trying the delightful Spanish cuisine. Another must-do thing in Spain is sightseeing around the country. You know, this country boasts rich culture and enchanting natural beauty. The reason why I regard the trip to Spain a special one is that it could provide me with a chance to know more about Flamenco dance which you know is a traditional Spanish dance. I first got to know this type of dance on TV. This type of dance was so unique that it caught my eyes immediately. It involves fierce foot stomping, hand clapping and intricate hand, arm and body movements. It is highly expressive, which separates Flamenco from any other type of dance in the world. If I got a chance to visit Spain, I could watch a live Flamenco dance show and discover something more about this passionate dance. I believe it must be a thrilling experience.

In addition to this, if I paid a visit to Spain, I could meet my cousin. You know, we haven’t seen each other for quite a while, basically since she went to Spain two years ago. So I really miss her a lot. Also, there are many interesting things in my life that I’m eager to share with her. I can’t wait to see her!

这道题的思路比较直接,也相对比较顺畅,人物是谁,工作是什么,为什么对这个社会很重要,略微转了一点点的是第三项how do you know this person. 所以不妨把顺序稍微调整一下.逻辑会更顺畅,是谁-怎么认识的-工作-原因. 雅思口语part2部分的点是可以调整顺序的，但切记不要丢点。

这道题的难点和容易发挥的点，其实不是谁或怎么认识的，而是job方面。

所以选材方面自然要选取自己比较熟悉的，job方面，同学们最熟悉的莫过于teachers。今天我们不妨就用这个烂俗的选材，来给出漂亮的答案。 无论是任何topic，越是general，大家反而不知道该说什么。相反越是具体反而是越容易描述。所以我们不妨把teacher具体一点。

为什么他的工作对社会很重要，这个部分千万不要仅仅限定在这个人身上，而要更侧重这一类职业的人。作为educator，自然是teach and guide，而在enlightenment启蒙阶段，更是对一个人的personality and character方面起positive的作用。落脚在society. 这个地方可以引用中国的proverb“小时了了大未必佳”，小时了了，长大比较容易佳。这样下来一个思维严谨，逻辑通顺的part2就完成了。 I’d definitely like to talk about one of my teacher,Peggie, who I believe makes great contribution to our society by doing her own job. She is actually still working in the kindergarten I was in when I was 4 years old.
