I like to try sunbathing near the sea! You know, all or most Chinese girls like to have white skin, just take the Snow White as the example; they all would like to have flawless, silky and niveous skin! However, the permanent tan is also unique and beautiful, right? I’ve searched for much information about the sunbathing. I find out that there’s much to prepare before sunbathing. First of all, you have to choose a clean, flat and dry place for your sunbathing, green zone is a better choice since you have to avoid over exposure to radiation or poisoning. Secondly, you need to fully use sunscreen lotion to avoid sunburns. Here’s a key point: you need to make sure your each inch of skin has a uniform absorption to the sunscreen lotion. You won’t want to be sunbathed like a spotted dog, right? Certainly, for vulnerable parts of your body, you could use more. The third one, you should have a clear sequence of your sunbathing, first stomach, then your back… something like that.

I like to try sunbathing because I think there’s no fixed standard of what beauty is. For the skin color, bronzed skin is also very healthy and attractive. Moreover, it’s a great way to cure some illness but tan is just a by-product. I feel that we should exploit the natural resources as much as possible to enjoy the gifts from nature—to make things easy. There may be best solutions to some mysteries that have puzzled people over several centuries. For example, some illness could be efficiently cured by sunbathing here. By the way, don’t forget to be friendly to the environment.

Here I would like to talk about the Canton Tower in Guangzhou, which is one of the local landmarks and famous for its unique design and architecture. I’ve been there for several times and I will recommend it to every visitor to this city.

The Canton Tower is actually an astronomical and sightseeing tower designed by Dutch architects, located on Haixinsha Island, which was originally the venue for the 2010 Asian Games. It made its name and be known of the whole Asia because of its unusual and special structure shown in the opening and closing ceremony of the Asian Games on TV. Locals give it a nickname as “the slender waist” because of its twisted structure. Its exterior form is generated by two ellipses, one at foundation level and the other one at top. These two ellipses are rotated relative to another, and the tightening caused by the rotation between the two ellipses forms a "waist"; so I think that’s the reason why it has such a vivid local name.

I’ve visited the interior of the tower, which is pretty amazing as well. Inside, it is subdivided into different zones with various functions, including TV and radio transmission facilities, you know, as it is supposed to be, and observatory decks for you to admire the view of the whole city, the revolving restaurant, which I heard is pretty classy but I failed to try last time, horizontal ferris wheel, recommended as the best venue for proposal in the city, exhibition spaces, shops, and 4D cinemas etc. So you can say, it is a multi-functional place for our local people. And the most important thing is, you could enjoy wonderful landscape there! Therefore, I really think this unusual architecture is a good way for you to hang out with friends and appreciate the great beauty of the city.

思路解析：

此题难度较高，虽然同学们每天都进行很多谈话，但是谈到对自己有影响的谈话，往往头脑一片空白。此时，可以逆向思维，对于你重要的事情是什么?健康?高考?选专业?工作?出国?等等，在这些情景下曾经出现过哪些对话，这时候就比较容易展开了。

误区分析：

这题同学们很容易描述成只有重复对话内容，这样是不足够，也不完整的，可以适度提一些这个对话发生的背景，你的感想，以及对你现在的影响。

时态：

这题涉及的时态可能比较多，虽然对话发生在过去，因此在该题的主要时态为一般过去时，但是需要在一般过去时的基础上增加一些变化。同时，可能会有过去进行时，过去完成时等等。

句型：

由于主题是谈话，可能会涉及部分直接引语或者间接引语，注意句型结构要做对应调整。此外句型句式方面会用大量的动词性宾语从句。

It was the conversation with my best friend Chole.Actually, it just happened like a couple of months ago. At that time, I was desperate to loose some weight as my boyfriend who worked in another city, would come to visit me. I really wanted to show my best to him so I searched the Internet and found a diet recipe, called "Apple recipe". It said that if you could try eating apples only at most everyday coupled with vinegar, you would lost like 5 kilos at most in a week.At first, things were not so hard it was just moderate feelings of hunger at the end of the day. However, when Chole and I went shopping together during the next day, she found that my complexion was not so good. She asked me what happened, and I just told her the truth. She said nothing but just convinced me to accompany her to the gym. During the lounge area at the gym, she handed me a bar of chocolate and said in an non-negotiable way "Eat this, and we will hit on the treadmill!" She seldom treated me so serious, so I had no choice but followed her, you know.After running for almost an hour, I was exhausted but also refreshed at the same time. When we both lay on the ground, she told me that she thought I was already pretty enough and I did not have to change anything. The so called apple diet recipe would do nothing but harm to my body. What's more, she believed that if I would like to change something, then it's better be for my own sake.

I guess I was convinced at that moment, as I had never thought about it before. The next day after we had the conversation, I resumed to my normal diet, and because of her, I am now into doing exercises, and I hit the gym regularly.
