I enjoyed an amazing service when I went to a hot-pot restaurant. It belongs to a famous chain of restaurants. I remembered that it happened on one day two years ago. At that time, I suffered a failure in a relationship. I messed around for two whole days at home. In the evening on that day, I walked into a nearby shopping plaza. I had no appetite for any so-called normal dishes and I walked into the hot-pot restaurant. The waitress welcomed me warmly and didn’t show any surprise for a single lady who would like to have a hot-pot feast.

I think she may see through that something bad happened on me from my look. She suggested a wonderful set meal for me and offered some fresh fruits for me. I felt a little bit flattered and began to say a lot of “thank you” back. When I was having the meal, she put a big doll to the opposite of my seat and said: “Enjoying your meal. She is your companion. ” I couldn’t help bursting out laugher. When I checked out, she even gave me a discount and said slowly: “Be happy. Nothing is a big deal but you are. ”

I have to admit that I wanted to cry out for a moment. I felt that I was highly respected, cared and loved by a stranger. She didn’t ask anything but she knew much more than I thought. Actually, this was the best service I experienced. She showed professional service attitude to an “abnormal” customer since usually people who go to hot-pot restaurants are in groups, or with friends.

She didn’t show any surprised expression to me. Above that, she offered super considerate and nice service all the time. She even tried her best to comfort me in the end, giving me a discount or saying some encouraging words. She did more than a standard and qualified service requires. After leaving the restaurant, I recognized that I was back to the track of normal state suddenly. I will appreciate the experience forever.

Let me talk about the experience in an Apple Store. I had a small MacBook Pro which I had used for three years. One day in April, the machine could not work without warning. I tried various methods but couldn’t solve the problem, so I sent it to the nearest Apple Store, which was located in the Wangfujing. That shop was newly-opened and it was quite spacious and there were not many people waiting. There was a young man who took mylaptop, and checked it thoroughly. He asked several questions politely about when the machine was black screen, and what I was doing the last time the computer was fine.

After a couple of minutes, he advised me that the hardware of the machine was good, and there was something wrong with the software, and it was best to reinstall the operating system, which would take me ten minutes before it was finished and reminded me that all the data in the computer would be erased. After I agreed with his suggestion, the shop assistant immediately started to install the latest operating system for me. Several minutes later, thanks to him, my laptop was reborn.

I was quite satisfied with the service the young man provided, he was obviously well-trained, and he was quite patient to fully understand what problem was with my computer and used his professional skills to deal with it. Besides, he was very proficient in his field, and seemed very reliableto me.

When I was ordering dishes, he noticed that I constantly cleared my throat and sneezed now and then. He gently asked if I had a cold and I said yes. This article is from Laokaoya website.
