了解雅思考试的同学应该发现，描述地点题和实物题有很多相近的地方。都是具体就一个事物进行描写。

答题技巧：

① Where is your house地理位置，简单交代

我的家在三环路附近。It’s located very near the 3rd ring road.

② How long have you lived there时间，简单交代

I have been living there for ages.

家具专有名词：

床头柜beside table;床头灯beside lamp;衣橱wardrobe;书架bookshelf;落地窗french window

方位词：in the center; opposite; right hand side;against the wall; in the corner

这道题呢其实也属于老生常谈了。为什么这么说，favourite room in your house，换言之就是your favourite room或者是aroom once you live in或者是a hotel room，准备的方式和方法都是一模一样的。

例文：

Well， speaking of my favorite room then I will have to talk about my house first. It is a beautiful top roof duplex apartment located next to the biggest artificial river in Beijing which is just 500 meters away from the 3rd ring road. It is a beautifully decorated 6 storey building with a quiet neighborhood. I've known that for a long time as I have live there since I was born.

My favorite room of the apartment is my bedroom. It is located upstairs of the duplex which gives me as much space as I need. In my room I've got 2 bedside tables， a flat screen right against the wall， a huge wardrobe on the left corner and of course， my so be loved comfortable king size bed which located right in the centre of the room. I also would like to introduce the stereo next to my TV I bought last month which just bring my decorations to perfection. Oh， did I forget to mention that my room is also well maintained as well? I like my own space to be neat and tidy at all time.

In spit of all of the above， there is another reason why I love the room so much. As I've mentioned before， I start to live in there right after I was born， there are just so many memories. No matter happy or sad but they all happened right in that place. Everytime I look into my room it reminds me of my past and all of my happiness and tears. Guess memories are really important to me.

这篇范文是一个6-6.5分的范文。总体来看，没有什么难词以及高难语法。但是逻辑连贯等还不错，由于考生的语音这一块无法在文字中评价，所以具体是6分还是6.5就要看考生自己了。

第一段简单的介绍我房子的地理位置，出现靓词：duplex，artificial，decorate等词。语法无错误，词汇得分可以达到6.5分，语法方面6.5，逻辑连贯性7.

第二段介绍具体的房间，房间在房子里的位置，所有家具的摆设。在这里涉及到了很多方向副词。范文中出现的问题是，一开始介绍家具缺乏参照物。不能给考官非常具体的方位感。如果改进的话建议先介绍中间的大床。然后其他的家具围绕床的方位来介绍。这样在连贯性上会有加分。这一段中，词汇：6，语法：6，逻辑连贯性6

这一段是衔接上一段的。严格意义上来说不算单独的一条。但是却很好的起到了承上启下的作用，并且语气等非常的口语化。

最后一段也是重中之重。要解释清楚为什么这是你最喜欢的房间。例文在这方面的描写比较少，而在房间陈设使用了大幅篇幅。如果这篇例文想得到7分以上，需要再最后这一点多下功夫。例如，例文中只是说这个房间承载了我得很多记忆，不管是开心的还是不开心的。那么在描写到这里的时候，可以深入一下，比如加入意见开心的事情，这件事就发生在这个房间里。比如小的时候每天晚上妈妈都会进来吻我一下说晚安之类的例子。这样会更有感情色彩并且也可以丰富行文的语言。同时，也完美的回答了问题。

I’ve always wanted to sign up for the speed eating contest, you know, where contestants clash to eat as much as possible in a short period of time.

I first heard about this competition on TV, it was held in Japan, and a bunch of pretty girls were sitting at a table, pigging out on noodles. 相信烤鸭们对雅思口语考试中旅行类的话题也不算陌生了，不论是Part1还是Part 2，旅行类的话题总是以换汤不换药的方式摧残着烤鸭们脆弱的心灵。本题在关键词“旅行”的基础上加上了作为补充的另一关键词 - “公共交通”，虽然对纯粹的旅行话题进行了一点变动，但其实烤鸭们不必太过担心，只需要在自己的答案中提及乘坐公共交通工具这一部分的内容即可。

这道题的答题思路可以从两个方面出发：第一是描述一个全程都乘坐某种公共交通进行的旅行，比如旅游观光巴士、火车、游轮等;第二则是在我们原本准备的旅行类的话题上加上描述交通工具的部分进行解答，这样一来可以选择的交通工具范围就更广了，例如飞机、地铁、动车等。而第二种解答角度也是在保证不偏题的基础上对旧题答案变动最少，可操作性最高的解答方法。

再来看题目的问题，题卡要求考鸭们描述一次乘坐公共交通工具进行的旅行，首先考鸭们得确定自己要讲的旅行发生在哪个地点【Where】，其次这必然要求各考鸭们对公共交通工具的单词有所积累【What】，但是又不可将“公共交通工具-publictransportation”和“交通工具-means oftransportation”混为一谈, 这时候如果考鸭们不加思索地开始讲述自己的一次公路旅行或者公路骑行就势必会在在审题上扣分了。

选择好旅行的地方和乘坐的公共交通工具之后，再随意地选择同行的人物即可【Who】，最常见的可以是家人、朋友,当然如果想说是自己一个人进行的旅行也是完全可以的，毕竟雅思口语考试中并不注重把评分的标准放置在答案内容的精确度上，而是各位考鸭们在用英语表达自己时的流利度、词汇量、语法和发音。

当然，有了以上的思路后要将答案说到一分半到两分钟的长度还是很有难度的，这时候考鸭们需要自己补充提示问题没有给的内容，例如旅途中做了什么事【What】或者旅行中一个有意思的小插曲【example】 。最后，在讲完故事后加上自己的主观感受【How】，本题最后一小问的设置不像往常以“why”开头直接偏向性地要求考鸭们解释为何喜欢或者不喜欢某事，所以考鸭们在答这道题的时候选择说享受或是不享受这次旅行都是可以的。

Well, this topic reminds me of the journey I had back in Amsterdam. It was about two years ago, and I went there with my friends by air.

We booked the tickets online from the Easy jet official site and spent our four impressive nights in Amsterdam. To be honest, it wasn’t the first time for me to be there but it was definitely not the same as the one I had.

There were six of us and the trip was full of laughter since the moment we started off, our school was one-hour train away from the airport so we had to take the train first before we get on our plane. We chatted and laughed on the train since we were too excited to calm down, coz you know, we just finished a series of bloody assignments plus presentations at school and put a full stop to the semester. By the time we finally on board, everyone was tired from the non-stop talking along the way so we just focused on our own stuff to kill the time on the plane.

We visited a couple of different tourist attractions in Amsterdam such as the Sex Museum, the Heineken Beer factory and of course, the Red Light District. Meanwhile, We took a great amount of photos and videos during the trip and were hoping to make a V-log after we get back to school but with no doubt, it never happens, I guess all of us were just too exhausted or maybe too lazy for this work.

Anyway, we have all our memories in our photo albums but most importantly in our minds, and it will never fades away. Especially the part we tried the magic mushroom in that shabby hotel room, which was really crazy, and I’m not planning to share it today.

Well, I suppose it’s always fun to travel with your besties and make cherished memory with each other, hopefully we could meet up soon and start our next adventure.
