As we know, in modern society, we’re living in a very competitive world under great pressure. Itis very important for us to keep physically and mentally healthy. Walking your dog can be a goodway to release pressure and maintain fitness. And some people also take it as a way ofentertainment. The reasons are obvious, the park has a lot of trees and is located by a vast lake, sothe air there is much fresher than that in your home. In addition, walking is a kind of exercise so itcan help us keep shape and reduce our pressure. When I have time to kill, I usually like to surf the internet. First, because it doesn’t need too muchthinking, all you have to do is to click the mouse, and it is pretty much relaxing. My favorite activity is hip-hop dancing. First, I love hip-hop dancing because through danceclasses and performances I have already made more than 20 new friends in half a year, including 2handsome Korean guys. Also, hip-hop dancing has been my best refreshment for three years and Ialways feel refreshed and more energetic after doing this, so that I may then concentrate more onmy studies. Finally, to me, hip-hop dancing is far more than a simple activity, it helped me tobuild up my confidence and train my body balance so that I could do a better job in many otheractivities such as singing, basketball playing, and even wrestling.
