A place that I have always wanted to go but have never been to is America. Perhaps it's a bit corny, but as far as I'm concerned, America is a country, which is vast and open, a sort of freedom. It's also a place where if you work hard you will be successful.

The second reason for me to go there is that I would like to visit some natural places like Grand Canyon, and Niagara Falls and some cities like NY, LA, SF, and Miami, where there is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

首先，我们应该注意的是第一题的方法论是“一个主题句，两个细节【例子】”，再次需要注意的是答题的范围，一定是和家人或者朋友的事情，所以一个人发生的事情就尽量避免;最后一定要注意时态，这个地方问的是过去的事情，所以，通篇考虑的是过去时态，而不是我们最常用的现在式。

【一】托福口语考试第一题——简单原则，即：没有对错之分，只要自圆其说即可

第一题是开放性话题，内容涉及4个大方面：人、物、地、事。要求考生在15秒钟的准备时间之后，用45秒来回答问题。这些问题都是最身边、最生活、最简单的话题，考生只要用最简单的语言答问题之所问即可。有些时候用一些比较复杂的词汇或者句子结构反而会成为口语熟练表达的桎梏。因此脑海中最先闪现的词或结构就可以摘来使用，当然这些词汇和结构要求恰当、合适。

【二】托福口语考生通常遇到的问题

<1>整体来看——语调缺乏起伏;流利度不够;流利但是发音不清晰，语调太平;衔接性不强。

<2>语言应用方面——用词不当【大词小用】;句子结构有误;有明显的语法错误——思想混乱，三单、过去式形式错误，男女不分。

<3>话题开展方面——有理由，没细节;只有细节，没有提炼出理由;语言空洞，理由和细节不能支撑所持观点。

<4>中英转换时找不到合适且恰当的英文表达。如果考生出现了上述所有问题，那自然分数低的“可观”;一般考生只会出现上述个别现象，所以只要对症下药，就可取得比较高的分数。

【三】托福口语考试解决方案

1、每天的发音练习必不可少——至少坚持一个月。大家要记住：语音方面，如果不是糟糕的不可救药的话，都是可以纠正过来的，所以首先要对自己充满信心。那么到底要练习哪些音呢?其实就是国际音标中的6个困扰音，即中国考生最不容易发到位的音——[ɑ:]、[e]、[ei]、[ai]、[au];考生必须对着镜子把嘴型做到位，不断读这5个音，同时也要读其相关的单词，每天至少要练习30分钟。

2、选择合适跟读材料，每天跟读30分钟——不必花费心思挑选跟读材料，只要跟读我们的听力材料即可，比如红、蓝色Delta中的听力材料，尤其是跟读简单的对话材料【因为其内容比较生活化，有些短语可借鉴到口语内容里】注意模仿其语音语调，至少跟读3遍，并且总结其中的常用英语【论坛】短语表达。

3、每天10分钟的口语小段子——谨遵第一题根本原则——最生活，每天用10分钟的时间完成一篇口语小段子，内容是一天当中任何值得纪念的人、物、事、地，字数在93-107字。写完后纠正出语法错误，然后熟读自己写的段子，继续完善。完善后，尽量做到脱稿复述出来，要求流利且注意到语音语调;期间最重要的事情就是总结常用口语的地道英文表达，并且通过不断实践，不断使用来熟练掌握这些表达，为口语考试打好基础。

托福口语的提高是一个持之以恒的过程，每天在口语上花上一点时间，也许不在多，但是贵在坚持，坚持清晰明确的表达自己的意思，坚持自信的说出。
