如何上班时做托福口语练习

托福口语练习绝不要死记硬背

口语是我一直的痛，和大部分中国学生一样，不敢开口说，再加上上班狗根本没有说英语的环境，于是变成了彻底的哑巴英语。我的发音还可以，但刚开始学的时候的水平就是45秒基本都在嗯嗯啊啊，所以请看了此文的同志们一定要对自己有信心!

之前一直觉得托福口语练习全靠自己，不停的背才能提分，但后来真实的备考经历打破了我的这个固有思维，原来托福口语练习并不用真的死记硬背。作为一个想要短期内快速提分的考生来说，你需要套路!套路!套路!即，真实有效的学习方法。

集中精力突破弱项

本来我是想一天刷一套TPO的，但后来主要针对性的练习了3-6题，尤其是弱项第5题。这个也算是经验之一吧，就是要知道自己的弱项和提分可能性最大的题，我就是通过集中练习，把3、5题从Limited提到fair，把4、6题从fair提到good。在此声明一下，因为时间短，又急于分手，所以我当时选择了朋友介绍的考满分网进行备考。有老师辅导的好处是，可以帮助备考时间紧缺的我，缩小备考范围，集中精力突破考试弱项。

我的口语“三遍练习大法”

练习方法就是第一遍限时说一遍，然后总结问题，哪里卡了，哪里说的多了，哪里听力没听懂，然后捋一遍思路;再听一遍听力，这一遍基本点应该都能抓到了，然后按照模板组织语言，去掉废话，然后计时再练一遍;第三遍一般还是会超时，我的主要原因是某些句子语法卡壳，有的时候是某一部分说的太多，我就多梳理以下语法，并且简化句子，因为托福口语练习的句子其实并不需要太长太难。

临场考试时套用模板的重要性

我发现很多时候4、6题的听力内容有重复性，不需要把每句话都说进去，只要把相似的内容总结成一句表达就行。第5题我觉得难是因为信息比较分散，套模板的时候还得整理逻辑，感谢考满分网口语课叨叨老师给我的表格，非常适合考试时使用，可以帮我在紧张状态快速理清思路。最后，一般一道题我都会练至少5遍吧，直到能说的很流利很充分为止。
