托福口语第一题是独立口语部分,主要测试考生的表达观点和描述事实的能力。

托福口语第一题：Independent task 1是Free Choice题，要求考生就某一常规话题用英语做45秒钟的陈述。考生对于这道题的准备应主要集中在people、place、object、event 【人、地、物、事】这几个大方面。在教学的过程中，教考生扎实准备OG、蓝Delta、TPO、真经以及口语特训等教材上的题目，虽然在托福口语考试时直接考到它们的几率并不大，但是在复习过程中准备过的具体内容在考场上的作用却非常大。

1、练习

我认为独立口语是没有什么捷径。这道题如果不加以准备，想获得高分几乎是没戏的。所以黄金口语80题和TPO的独立题目，基本上每一题我都至少练习了一次。其中TPO的每道题更是会列出来深刻思考。

此外，出于需要纠正读音和积累语料的角度，我买了一本《新概念2》，并且将很多篇文章都跟着录音大声的朗诵出来。这个过程对听力能力、读音准确度以及一些句子语料的积累都非常有提升。慢慢的，我说英文的时候也较为自在了，不会像之前一样觉得很别扭。

2、技巧

练习的技巧上，首先是练习时尽量不要写出来再照着念，就当做考试一样，15秒的时间思考后迅速给出反馈。像这样从一开始就锻炼自己在短时间内组织思路的能力，有助于逻辑思维的培养。还有就是回答一定要录音，录音后回放给自己听，一是可以克服紧张感，二是也能看出哪些地方需要加强的。如果不满意再说第二遍，第三遍，第四遍……直到自己满意为止。

其次，练习的时候，对待TPO的题目，每个独立题目要出3篇左右不同的语料和内容。提到角度的，我会将几个角度能给出的答案都说出一遍。在这个过程中积累了很多的素材，这样至少在遇到题目的时候我不会没得说了。此外，这些练习也有助于我自己“反驳”自己论述中的漏洞，这样，语言也会变得逻辑性更严密。
