Task 5考什么?

托福口语Task 5主要是测试考生听懂、记录、归纳、转述对话中与学生有关的困难和解决方案，并发表、支持考生自己见解的能力。该题为对话形式，在交替的对话中，考生在听对话时需要记录其中一人遇到的“麻烦事”，同时也要速记“麻烦事”相对应的两个解决方案。

对话结束后，考生将听到一个问题，该问题同时也会出现在电脑屏幕上。题目通常会要求考生简要总结问题并快速列举出两种解决办法。而不同于综合型题目中的其他三个完全复述的题目，第五题口语题是唯一一道需要考生提供自己观点的部分。因此，题目要求中还需要考生选择自己认为比较好的一种解决方法并就自己的选择给出原因。由于从第五题开始，考题中没有了阅读部分，考生的准备时间从前面的30秒减少到20秒，答题时间依旧为60秒。

回答结构

【1】听力

Task 5主要是关于Campus situation topic，属于summarizing a problem and solutions这类题型。Task 5中通常会是一位教授和学生或者两个学生之间关于某个问题进行讨论，然后会提出两个解决方案，让你从中建议一个合理的方案并且说明理由。建议大家分为四个部分来陈述：首先交待问题，然后说明解决方案，接着表明你的choice，最后说明你的reason。顺着这个步骤走，再做一些针对性的练习，一定会把这个部分拿下的!建议大家在做笔记时参照一下这个答题步骤，会让你的记录更加有条理，陈述起来也方便你提取一些

重要信息。

我们在听力的过程中需要把握下面这几点。

a.遇到的问题

一般说来问题都是两部分构成的：一部分是问题，一部分是导致问题产生的一些原因。要求把这两部分内容都要记录下来进行总结转述。

b.两个解决方案【two possible solutions】

问题讲完之后，两个人开始讨论如何解决问题。解决方案是谁提出来的并不重要，可能是听话人根据情况给出建议，可能是说话人自己有解决方案并拿出来分享，也可能说话人提一个方案，听话人提一个。总而言之，会有两个解决方案来解决问题。

除了提出解决方案之外，通常情况下会提到这个解决方案的好处和坏处。

以上是听力中的内容，总结起来核心信息点有三点：

在真正考试的过程中，至少要把前两点记下来。

【2】题目

Task 5的提问形式是大同小异的，常见问法如下：

1. The students discuss two possible solutions to the woman’s problem. Describe the problem. Then state which of the two solutions you prefer and explain why.

2. Briefly summarize the problem the speakers are discussing. Then say which solution you would recommend. Explain the reasons for your recommendation.

不难看出，所有问题模式的目的都是一致的：要求考生总结听力里的问题及解决方案，但是都需要考生做出自己的选择并给出做此选择的原因。考生需时刻谨记，托福口语的第五题是需要有自己的选择的，不要在总结完听力内容后就此打住。

对于听力问题和解决方案的转述大概用30秒的时间。剩下的时间我们需要做出推荐选择并阐述原因。首先，我们的选择标准一般是：选择优点多的那个方案。回答结构可参考：“Well, I personally think that...is better for him/her.”

接下来我们开始阐述选择这个方案的原因。这一部分的回答又像是一道独立口语任务的题目，我们的选择就是总观点，原因就是分论点。这就要求我们在回答的时候还是要添加相应的细节，也就是：分论点+解释+【例子】。

回答原因的时候，我们的选择有：

a. 所选方案的好处

b. 未选方案的坏处

c.所选方案坏处的解决办法

有时，我们还可以将所选方案的坏处解决掉，这样这个方案就完美了。

综上，第五题回答的结构：

托福口语第五题的顺序问题

第五题回答基本内容顺序：

一。复述speaker遇见的难题【一句话】

二。对方为提问者提出两个解决方案，两个解决方案分别是什么【不用具体解释这两个解决方法，只用说出是什么就可以了，当然也就不用涉及说它们的缺点了】

三。主观意愿的选择其中一个提供的解决方法，并说明原因【说明原因可以利用听力中说出的优点以及另外一个没有选择的解决方案的缺点来做对比】

托福口语第五题怎么抓重点

第五题是campus life的对话，但是没有阅读，两个人都要记，一人提出问题，一人提出解决方案，反正有2个解决方案，先复述问题和solutions。

然后记得要给出自己的观点，第五题是唯一一道需要给出自己观点的题目。在第五题中，会出现对solutions的comments，这个不是听的关键，关键是问题和solutions，要记全，comments有时间才记。

为的是最后自己给理由时有个依据，但是其实自己到时候编也可以的。
